Felicia Douglas, Chairperson
Felicia Douglas has resided in Southern California all of her life and is married with five children. Felicia retired from the State of California after working over 28.5 years. During this time, she has earned her Associate of Science degree in Correctional Science, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and her Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Management. Felicia is an Adjunct Instructor at the Upland Christian Academy teaching photography and is also a freelance photographer. She is married with a blended family, including three boys, two girls and a beautiful granddaughter. She knew Andre for 12 years.

Barbara Govan, Co-Chairperson
Barbara Govan was born, raised and worked in Southern California. She has been married for 30 years and parents two nephews. She recently retired from the State of California after 26 years of service. Barbara has a Bachelors in Art and Criminal Justice from California State University of Long Beach. Her hobbies include reading, church activities and family/friend functions. Barbara knew Andre for 6 years after meeting him through a wonderful circle of friends.

Dwayne Davidson, Treasurer
Dwayne Davidson has earned his B.S. Degree in Business Administration/Accounting. He completed the FBI National Academy Graduate Class 239. Dwayne has given his services in law enforcement for over 34 years with the IRS and the State of California. He is currently the Special Agent-In-Charge over an Internal Affairs Unit and is a small business owner Tax Preparer. He also formerly owned a Liberty Tax Service Franchise. His goal is to mentor the next generation interested in law enforcement and accounting. Dwayne knew Andre for 23 years.

Teddi Claudio-Davidson, Secretary
Teddi has resided in Southern California since 1986. Teddi has been a peace officer for 38 years, to include 8 years in the U.S. Air Force. Teddi is a retired law enforcement Commander for the State of California. She holds an Associate of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree, both in Criminal Justice; as well as a Master of Science degree in Human Resources. Teddi has her CA Teaching Credentials, is a certified law enforcement trainer on various subjects, and a graduate of multiple leadership courses. Teddi is married to Dwayne Davidson, and their blended family includes 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren who she spends a lot of her free time with. Teddi is also an active member of Abundant Living Family Church in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Teddi knew Andre Tate for approximately 9 years prior to his death.

LaVenna Ware, Director
After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Arts with an emphasize in Graphic Design, LaVenna Ware began her career as an art teacher in San Bernardino Unified School District. She also holds a Masters degree in Art Education. She currently serves as an art and yearbook teacher who cultivates a learning environment in the classroom that explores various forms of creativity.

LaVenna has a passion for promoting an active lifestyle therefore she spends much of her time, outside of teaching, coaching track and field and volunteering as a basketball assistant.​ LaVenna has known Andre for 5 years.
