As the year 2018 is well underway, we want to take this time to thank all of those who have partnered with us to ensure that our vision for The Andre Tate Foundation is carried out. This tremendous effort could not have been done without the help of individuals like yourselves who believe that through hard work and helpful hearts, the possibilities for future leaders is bright and promising. The ATF was able to donate over $1,500.00 to other non-profit organizations.
Let’s recap on some of the highlights from 2017 that transpired.
• When Hurricane Harvey hit our shores, ATF was amongst many helping hands that was able to send relief funds to desperate communities that needed resources for those who suffered extreme loss.
• We were also able to assist the Khemo Buddies Foundation that provides personalized bags for those that are battling cancer.
• Youth Mentoring Action Network (YMAN), offers mentoring services to those young people with love and support for building better lives to become better people in the communities that they live in. The Coco Wilcot Foundation provides athletic wear and equipment for underserved youth programs who participate in local sporting events; ATF was able to partner with them by contributing 500.00.
• Continuing, we feel that life’s journey should also include life’s opportunities for laughter. We held our very 1st, Squeaky Clean Comedy Fundraising event at Dave & Busters; all monies collected were again used to assist our youth in the areas of the arts.
2018 is promising and we are optimistic seeing the chance for our foundation to continue partnering with like-minded organizations that wish to assist in efforts to better serve young people. We will have our 3rd annual ATF golf tournament to be held on July 14, 2018 (so mark your calendars); our 2nd annual Squeaky Clean Comedy showcase, September 14th and various food fundraisers at local establishments that are able to support our vision.
With your help and determination we know that this year can be our brightest year yet. Thank you once again for all your efforts and support.
We are a Non-Profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and all donations are fully tax-deductible!
